Estimates are based on visual inspection and the information provided at the time of the estimate.
Final pricing may change if additional issues are discovered during repair work that were not visible during the initial assessment.
Our pricing is based on labor, parts, equipment requirements, and project complexity.
We charge a standard $85 service call fee, which is waived if you proceed with the recommended repairs.
After-hours emergency service incurs an additional fee of $50–$150 depending on time and day.
All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless specified.
Payment is due upon completion of service for repairs.
For new installations, a 50% deposit is required to schedule installation, with the balance due upon completion.
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
Financing options are available for qualifying customers on larger projects.
We provide a 90-day labor warranty on all repair work.
New installations include a 1-year labor warranty.
Labor warranties cover issues directly related to the work performed and do not cover new problems or issues resulting from normal wear and tear.
Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and products we install.
Warranty periods vary by product and manufacturer (typically 1–5 years for parts, up to lifetime for some springs and garage doors).
Warranty coverage is void if parts are modified, misused, or serviced by unauthorized personnel.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion, and we’ll return to address your concerns at no additional charge.
You are responsible for providing our technicians with safe access to your garage and work areas.
Please secure pets and remove valuable or fragile items from the work area.
Our technicians must have adequate space to work safely around your garage door system.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your garage door issues.
Please disclose any known problems with your garage door system before work begins.
We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, electrical problems, or other property conditions not directly related to your garage door system.
We will notify you of any concerning conditions we observe during our service visit.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.
We maintain comprehensive business insurance to cover damages directly caused by our negligence.
